Before You Start a Website Project

How does the website redesign process work?

We send you an onboarding email which will provide you with all details we need to get started. Once we start working on the website we will email you as soon as updates are made available for you to see.

What will my website be built on?

WordPress

How soon can my website launch?

As soon as we get all content and images we can have the website launched in 2 weeks.

Will my website be set-up for SEO?

The website is ready to have SEO started but SEO is not included with the website development process.

Can I fix my old website instead of starting with a new one?

It depends on what is wrong with your current website, often times it is easier to build a new website to help prevent further issues with your website.

Will I have a main point of contact for my project?

Yes, after you get the onboarding email you wll see who your prokect manager is.

Can your company provide graphics and content that are relevant to my business?

We offter up to 4 stock photos for your website and can provide general content as long as the surveys we provide are filled out.

How will I know when the monthly fee is due?

You will be given an Authorization form to fill out when we start and payments will be deducted on the 1st of every month.

Can someone help me write content?

We offer general content for our website packages but we also offer techincal content writing at an additional price per page if the general content is not enough.

Will you train me on how to use my website?

We offer website training at an additional fee. Please ask your project manager for more details.

What is included in support?

We provide hosting, website security, backups and 30 minutes of website updates which we use to ensure all themes and plugins are updated on a regular basis.

How do I promote my website?

We offer Google ad management services, Facebook ad management and SEO services to help generate your business leads.
